A simple notice about what we do with the details you send through the inquiry form.
What we collect
Only what you enter on the inquiry form: your name, email, optional phone, dates, guest counts, stay type, pet and event details, and any notes you add.
How it is used
Your inquiry is emailed to Heather so she can reply about availability, pricing and the details of your stay. A copy is sent to the email address you provide. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with anyone else.
How long it is kept
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to arrange any resulting stay, then deleted on a sensible schedule. [Confirm retention period.]
Security cameras
Exterior cameras include a Nest doorbell at the front entrance and one camera above the garage. There are no interior cameras.
