What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is four days. Please include your arrival and departure dates in your inquiry.
Can I rent for a month or season?
Yes. Short-term, seasonal, and long-term stays are available by inquiry, subject to availability.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Include the number and type of pets so we can confirm arrangements. Additional charges apply.
Is the home family friendly?
Yes. Families enjoy the media room, Xbox, summer trampoline, driveway basketball hoop, and inviting gathering spaces.
Is there a bedroom on the main floor?
Yes. The spacious primary suite is on the main floor. Please contact us about any mobility or access needs.
How much parking is available?
The oversized driveway accommodates five vehicles.
Can I host an event?
Please describe the occasion, expected attendance, and plans with your inquiry. Events and outside guests require prior approval.
Are there security cameras?
Yes. Exterior cameras include a Nest doorbell at the front entrance and one camera above the garage. There are no interior cameras.
Can you recommend a private chef?
Yes. We can provide referrals for local chefs, restaurants, and activities.
